賽馬會「校本多元」計劃自2018年獲香港賽馬會慈善信託基金捐助進行，旨在透過本地學校的參與，發展校本多元管理模式，照顧學生學習多樣性。為加強學校之間的交流，本計劃將於2023年6月28日及7月5日舉辦「聯校教師專業發展日」，誠邀各中小學教育工作者出席參加。

是次發展日分上下兩場舉行，設有多個題目的專業分享，與參加者探討如何有效規劃校本多元管理及照顧學生學習差異的校本策略。多間計劃學校的老師將分享與計劃團隊協作後，在學校的不同層面、學科及工作範疇所得到的成果及經驗。計劃團隊期望透過是次發展日促進跨校交流，提升學校照顧學習多樣性的能量。

發展日活動流程如下︰

You are cordially invited to the “Joint School Professional Development Symposium” held by Jockey Club “Diversity at Schools” Project (JCDM). Funded by the Hong Kong Jockey Club, JCDM has been establishing school-based infrastructure since 2018 to cater for learner diversity through collaboration with local schools.

In this Symposium, invited speakers from project schools will explore the effective planning of Diversity Management (DM) and the school-based strategies for catering for learner diversity. The speakers will also share the achievements and experience gained from collaborating with project teams, in terms of their scope of work and subject areas.
