| 活動簡介︰ | 對於大多數在職和準教師來說，學生的學習多樣性一直是個挑戰。為了照顧學生學習多樣性，教師可以在學校、學科和課堂層面採取不同的策略，使所有學生都能在學習過程中不斷進步。一些常見的策略包括可以是根據能力對學生進行分流、調整課程、以及對任務/功課設定不同的要求。本工作坊將討論14種具體方法用以照顧課堂上的學習多樣性並提供範例，參加者亦會分組嘗試設計教材。
Learner diversity has always been a challenge to the majority of in-service and pre-service teachers. To cater for learner diversity, a wide range of strategies can be adopted at the school, subject and classroom levels so that all learners can move forward along the learning continuum. Some common strategies might include streaming of learners according to abilities, adapting the curriculum as well as setting different requirements for tasks/assignments. In this workshop, 14 different tangible ways to cater for learning diversity in class will be discussed and practiced with which participants in groups will customize teaching materials based on adjustable levels of differentiations. |
